Group Therapy

In group therapy, I collect a variety of clients together to share the similarities of their stories. As a person talks about their lives, the depth of therapy is present when another person can feel the reality of what they are hearing—especially if they know if in their own life.

Breakups, anxiety, lack of purpose, whatever the experience, I bring my clients together. The support is in the community and connection.

In my own therapy, I am part of a group who meets bi-weekly. In that time I feel seen, heard, and witnessed as someone trying to do the best I can in life. Often I receive the support and encouragement I need to continue working, loving, living, and even suffering well. I provide such a substantive experience as this for my clients.
